When selling your home, you should select an agent who can expose your property to the biggest market to ensure the fastest sale at the best possible price. Buying real estate in Texas can be a complex matter; invoking my assistance as a professional, allows you to benefit from my many years of experience & hours of education.  Having only one agent in the transaction does not save you money and only leaves you lacking representation for your best interest.
